From Classroom to Corporate

Over the last year and a half, I have been working through my master's program to transform my skillset to include corporate adult learning theory.

I had mastered K-12 learning and was ready to take on the logical next step in my instructional career, Instructional Designer. Below, you will find some of my projects I created using the ADDIE model.

I dance between these two design models. I think it's important to tailor your method based on each individual project, as they shouldn't all fit into one particular box. Each project has unique needs, and adjusting/tailoring your plan (wisely) will produce better workflow and outcomes.
